Notification deadlines, proof of notification, tracking premium payments, notifying carriers of eligibility are just a few of the many tasks that are involved in running a compliant program.  All of this is time consuming and costly. Non-compliance can result in penalties of $210 per day, per incident.

  • HIPAA Certificates of Credible Coverage when the participant loses coverage under your plan and at the end of their COBRA coverage. We will also provide a certificate on request up to 24 months following the end of COBRA coverage.

Through on-going administration, we will:

  • Send informational correspondence to the participants as needed
  • Update your carriers with eligibility data
